PrivAdvisors LLC is a boutique consulting and investment banking firm. We bring the expertise and services that the big boys receive from Wall Street to small and midsize busnesses and organizations.
While we have specialized knowledge in some industries, it's precisely our generalist approach that best serves our clients. We are often able to identify issues and opportunities that those with a narrower lens may fail to see.
We'd love to start a conversation about how we can help you navigate change, achieve growth or engineer a turnaround. All to enhance the value of your enterprise!
WHAT WE DO
STRATEGY
PrivAdvisors’ strategic planning expertise can assist in sorting out alternatives: organic growth, partnership, merger, acquisition, turnaround, divestiture or sale. We write strategic analyses and business plans and assist clients in achieving organizational alignment with their strategy.
This strategic component is the first step in our process. All our services build upon a clear-eyed assessment of a client's situation and a buy-in by all relevant stakeholders for proposed action items.
INVESTMENT
BANKING
Once a strategic direction is established, we serve our clients as intermediaries. We represent sellers by searching out, approaching and vetting appropriate, qualified buyers. We assist buyers seeking compatible acquisitions, partnerships or mergers to enhance enterprise value. We prepare business plans, marketing campaigns and transaction “books”. We help negotiate transactions and work hand-in-hand with attorneys and accountants. We seek out the capital, both debt and equity, necessary to consummate transactions.
Privacy is not only part of our name, but client confidentiality is a foundational principle of our firm!
CONSULTING
Often our strategic and transactional work identifies internal issues that affect the perception and valuation of a client organization. We work with senior management to address these matters, bringing to bear our deep experience in strategy, management and finance . If necessary, we assist in negotiations with bankers, creditors and stakeholders to achieve effective turnarounds. These efforts improve the client’s story to best facilitate transactions and maximize enterprise value.

Fairness opinions
Unending change has roiled every corner of healthcare...and it will only continue and accelerate. Uncertain government policies, technology, and the inevitability of a population health-based system are drivers of profound disruption. Traditionally independent sectors - providers, hospitals, pharmacies, insurance companies - are forming large, vertically integrated entities on a national level. Every organization, even smaller localized ones, must evaluate its strategic options and determine how to survive, and hopefully prosper, in this volatile environment.
